Accessibility Statement

Conformance status

This portal aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the level referenced by the European standard EN 301 549. It is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: most of the portal meets the standard, and the known exceptions below are being actively addressed.

What we have done

• Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator on every control, and a "Skip to content" link.
• Semantic landmarks, headings, and ARIA roles following WAI-ARIA 1.2, using native HTML elements wherever possible.
• Form fields with associated labels and validation errors announced to assistive technologies.
• Modal dialogs that trap and restore focus and close on Esc.
• Colour contrast tuned to meet AA, plus a light and dark theme.
• Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference, and interactive targets sized for easier activation.
• Automated accessibility linting in our build to catch regressions.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, the following areas are not yet fully conformant:

• The support contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam protection. It is designed to be non-intrusive and usually requires no interaction, but it is a third-party component whose behaviour we do not fully control.
• Some embedded or third-party content may not meet the same standard.
